About the Role
We are looking for a creative marketing person to help grow KGB Hosting across Balkan gaming communities. The focus is content creation, social media execution, Discord campaigns, localized posts, short-form video, giveaways, and community partnerships.
Monthly goals and deliverables are agreed upfront, and payment is fixed at €200 per month when those agreed goals are delivered.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Balkan markets: Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Albania.
- Manage and grow social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and Discord.
- Create localized content: posts, short-form videos, Discord announcements, giveaway assets, graphics, and community updates.
- Publish new product updates, service changes, and important KGB Hosting announcements.
- Plan and run social media and Discord campaigns such as giveaways, server spotlights, launch posts, polls, and community collaborations.
- Track competitors, gaming trends, and community opportunities that can bring in new customers.
- Coordinate Discord activities, creator and community collaborations, tournaments, or event promotion with the team.
Monthly Goals and Deliverables
- A monthly content and social plan with priorities, channels, and goals before work starts.
- A content calendar and regular localized posts for agreed channels.
- Campaign assets: captions, visuals, Discord announcements, giveaway assets, and short-form video concepts or finished clips.
- Regular posts covering new products, service changes, and important updates.
- An outreach list covering gaming communities, servers, creators, or partnership opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong Serbian, Croatian, or Bosnian language skills, with an understanding of regional differences.
- Good knowledge of the gaming scene, especially Counter-Strike, Minecraft, SA-MP/open.mp, FiveM, and multiplayer communities.
- Experience with social media channels, community engagement, and content people actually want to click or share.
- Experience planning social media or Discord campaigns, giveaways, and community activations.
- Basic or advanced design/video skills in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Figma, CapCut, Premiere, or similar.
- Self-managed work, clear communication, and the ability to deliver agreed work without micromanagement.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing game server hosting, hosting services, or gaming products.
- Paid campaign experience with Meta Ads Manager, budget tracking, conversion tracking, or campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, or Discord community tooling.
- Existing connections with Balkan streamers, YouTubers, Discord servers, or gaming portals.
- Experience organizing gaming tournaments, giveaways, or community events.
